ok so can u use this rng for games? cause on this game sight called kongregate.com, they have a game that uses a rgn for critical hits, evades,ect, and i would like to use this to my advantage

not realy sure how to make this more clear but :P can i use the random number generator, to use in games that require chance, or would tht only be able to happen if u hacked into their rng?
