About LinkBacksbut the mayans did think the world will end the same day that our sun ligns up with the galactic center, and they had no idea at the time. i still dont believe in it but i think it would be the biggest coincidence in human history if nothing happens.

In truth, the idea that the world will end because a Calendar developed by a civilization that could not predict it's own downfall said so is pretty far fetched and moronic, in my opinion.When I hear her I have wings.

I think they read the calendar wrong...
I think that in each of these years will happen a tragedy that will affect the world...
Just like:
they said world will end in 2000 (at least in Brazil they said) and what happened in 2000, or, more precisely 11/09/2000... The Twin Towers fell down!
