CE working, but not working... eh? lol

okay, this might sound crazy, but i promise i'm not just being 'special'.

i've made a few trainers, (while going through the tutorial) such as heli attack 2 etc.

anywho, i've hacked a fair few flash games too, for example, drag racer, even tho its hacked with $1m, i thought i'd rehack it, give me $2m and freeze it. so i know how to find variables, change and freeze them... go me!

i got your hacked version of Canyon Defence. now, stating the obvious, its hackable... *duh* its been done.

anywho, i find the variable for money, narrows it down to 1, thats fine, i move that to the table... i spend / make money it changes... great, its the right one. change variable value... and nothing happens, it just changes on the table again... any suggestions folks? i'd like to make a trainer of it, for personal learning purposes... but its not workin.

any thoughts?

did you try spending some after you do that? Sometimes that's what you have to do

tried it, just doesn't work. but the value in the CE just goes to what it is on the sreen * 8 lol

you need to multipy the value by 8 to do that...thats hex.

Karial, some games will do that. you have to freeze the variable.
