the one question i always have is a simple one i think. its that how is god created before the universe and all life was created. how did god become to be and he yet was here before the time of existents and actual time. so you see how could something be here before humans were created and the universe wasnt created and yet god is. it just dosnt make sense thanks martin for telling me wasnt fully sure

well i am neutral but let me point out some contridiction like a mad man
1st religion: 1. if god exist, how did he come about? yah yah i know you would say the holy spirt or some crap but how did the holy spirt come about yah i know you would say the holy spirt is the holy spirt or link to some other thing...
2. everything is created out of thin air like poof the sun appeared but for that to happen, you need to have what you already need to produce it(yah i know you would say it is made by god but read 1.)
3. the great flood thingy noah or something----> if there was such a great flood wouldnt every plant die out, no plant no oxygen=no living being
4. the adam and eve thingy: god IS perfect right? then why did he made imperfect beings? for example if he made we human being perfect we would have no evil in us and would not have listen to the devil and eat some fruit.
5. freewill: you may counter the above point by saying god gave us free will. if that is so then why and why did he do so? he loves us? if he loved us, he should have made some sort of baricade or something around the tree with that fruit.


2nd science: 6. big bang: if the big bang happened and there was a BOOM where did that thing come from? another big bang...
7. evalution: if something evovle over time then try tracing back. you would reach a dead end

I'm Catholic. Me and my family go to Church when we can. If we don't we watch gospel shows about the Bible. I believe in God 100%. For example, I was walking home one time with my mom (I was little) and I was so exaughsted I said: God doesn't love me. If He loved me he wouldn't make me walk. Oh I hate saying that now... Anyways right when I said that out of nowhere my dad comes with the car and my mom says: See, that's God telling you not to lose faith. I do believe. One time, I was at risk of failing science and I pray to God: Dear Lord in the name of Jesus Christ may you please just bless me with a C. Just maybe 71%. Please Lord that's all I ask. May it be up to you what happens. Next day, I got my progress report. I look at my Science grade. Guess what my grade was? EXACTLY 71%. Actually 71.2%. God has blessed my dad, and my family. My brother nearly got hit by a car. As a child, a pair of scissors landed in my dad. My little cousin fell on broken glass. Alot of things happen. Miracles have repeatedly happened in my life. I love God. Before my grandma died it was the last time I saw her... I knew what was coming. I had accepted it. I said to God: I will accept whether or not you want to take my grandma to Heaven. I will not be mad at you. I accept whatever you have in store. Out of nowhere, this, this, undescribable happiness overcame me... The world was so, so... new... and fresh... it was the best feeling in my life. I can barely describe the feeling. I couldn't help smiling. It was... bliss.. I told my dad and he said: You know, that's amazing. But even more, that's an exact description of what it is to have the Holy Spirit in you. I was amazed. When my grandma died, I cried, who wouldn't? But I accepted it. I feel God has blessed everyone whether or not they believe. That's my opinion.

I had a similar experience.
My neighboor was very sick. He had cancer. When I went to bed, I prayed for him. I asked the Lord if he could take him, so he wouldn't have pain anymore. 5 minutes later, my dad came in: "Dion, he just died", he said.

I'm not someone that goes to the church every Sunday, but I go sometimes.

People are free to state their opinions here.
Like Dion said, He thinks its the Lord, i think its just that the cancer killed him in this moment.
We all have our opinions and we all live fine, so lets leave things like that.

guys, im not trying to be rude or religist, but what do you guys honestly think will happen. like, im atheist and i dont learn about religions, but doesnt the bible say that all beings are equal, and yet by being a christian, your giving yourself up to a higher power? and aint god supposed to have proved himself by now? as far as i can tell, god has never revealed himself to mankind in any shape or form, and all where believing is a single, old book that has probably been changed and edited thousands of times. you might as well rename the bible wikipedia. and for everything the christian word can say, science has a come back. science even seems to have more answers than the bible. ever gazed up at the stars and thought about other beings out there in this universe? as soon as aliens are discovered, christianity will be broken. i am sorry if i am being offensive, but i am just speaking my point of view.
