I kinda laughed a bit because of Discovery Science Channel. A some moths ago, they've made a special episode (technology of communication nowadays) about Apple. They've said 'big' words about themselves, what would you expect. And now, seeing they treat their clients with no interests, now it stinks.

I wouldn't accept sh*t like that to me, as a client. "Have you tried that?", "Have you considered to...?", "Did you...?", "Have you tried this?" etc.
Nah... I wouldn't accept that useless crap. I would've frick it all, and leave them and moved to an other company or something like that.
