As of right now there is no new rule. We thought Martin may want to make a rule that a user could only have
one topic and yes to keep posting/bumping it. So for now there is no new rules, so unless you see a new sticky
stating a "New Rule" then it is as it was before.

I like it the way it is. This section isn't exactly like the "Request a prehack" section. Your thread won't go to the second page unless it's been a while since anyone has posted on it..

I realize that and it is the way it was, so please drop it. Unless Martin decides to make only one art topic per user,
but for now nothing has been done and no new rules have been made. If you have any further thing to say please
