Please don't try to define art, unless those are just categories you're listing off.
You should join if you create any type of art. That includes photography, any computer graphics, such as MS paint, or things like sculpting, where you would upload a photo, and just about anything else you can think of.
I have a deviant art, but there's nothing on it, as I've created only crap in the past few months. Of course you all would say otherwise.
