[Help] Is this computer worth it?

Hey guys,
I need your opinion real quick.

Okay,so I found this computer (yes,my parents are superintendents) and I decided to check it out.

So my question is,shall I invest a little more money in it,to upgrade it and re-install Windows 7 since it lags a lot?

I'd appreciate your opinions on this.
Please let me know what to upgrade if an upgrade is needed.

Also it would be great if you point out the bad points there.

You should be able to upgrade your memory without too much cost. And you definitely need to upgrade as 512 MB is way less then needed for Win7. At least 1 GB is recommended but more can never hurt. Just make sure you have the right ones as there are differences and enough slots. But don't invest to much in your PC as it seems to be quite old. You can put the newest graphic card that fits in there and lots of other stuff and get no better result when the other hardware is too slow.

I would not invest more then 50-75 EUR (70-105 CAD) for a memory upgrade. If you want more save up for a new one which can cost 350-750 EUR (490-1050 CAD) without a monitor.
