Visual Basic 6 - Since VB6 is no longer supported by MS you'll have to find it on your own. It wont be hard.

Yes, but you will have to tweak it quite alot.

I have been hacking complicated games like Prince of persia, Far Cry and other craps... But I couldn't make trainers out of them though Cheat Engine has a trainer maker, I didn't like it.. Whatever, that's gonna help.
