The virus installs itself. And since you can't access your desktop or the Command Prompt there's almost nothing you can do about it.

Seriously, just go into safe mode. Restart your pc then hit F8 (Depending on what pc you are using, I am using xp) to enter safe mode. Safe mode will not be messed up at all.

believe it or not i had that virus too but i had to pay to get it removed but yea it was nasty
whenever you get something saying you have a virus NEVER I MEAN NEVER CLICK REMOVE

@hugopwn, and you're sure this isn't something like an ad. A fake site, or something that does as if it's something. When downloading the browser ALWAYS asks if you want to download it.
