lifting weights stunts your growth for certain people i don't know if you are one of then but i would be careful im 13 150 pounds 5'9 and i bench press 210 and i am very tall for my age but i don't care by the way small guys rock there so funny like my friend hes 4'11 and he's 14 he makes me laugh so hard i cry
