Actually, that increases the chance that it was made by someone else.
They probably didn't know much about Halo, so they threw in a Ray Gun, cuz it looked like something to go with the Spartan

lets got the backround got a brush and made that wavy backround got another brush made that line put those images in and put in the text and you did this effect on photoshop that makes the text like that...
