Guys, you cant judge somebody's heath by there weight, muscle is heavier than fat.
You need to take a test to see the percent of body fat you have.
BMI is calculated with height and weight.
It tells you if your weight-height proportion is right.

Yeah, but there are way more accurate ways to do it.

Funny...at my sisters school the called it the "pinch test".
But still not
quite accurate.
At my school, they used this one:
I beleive it has something to do with sending an (extremely tiny) electrical current thruogh you're body to calculate body fat. I guess the current slows down or something when it gets to fat.
This is more accurate, and they have it at my school, but it's also confusing to use.
