To clear it up.
Martin stole some hacks, he felt bad and knew he did something wrong, so he might leave.
In my opinion, Martin has contributed alot more than what we has done wrong.
I am in slight disagreement with this demotion, but i cannot change anything now, and i do understand and respect this decision.
Either way, i cant really force him to come back, and personally, i dont want to force him on anything.
So, yeah, i vote for number 3.
Its just a matter of respect for him.
