1. Uninstall the program. This can be done via the Start Menu
2. Redownload the program
3. Install the program

Start Menu > All programs > MSN > Uninstall
If its not there...
Start Menu > My computer > Program Files > (look for MSN folder) > Open MSN folder > Find uninstaller that is hidden somewhere in there
If its not there...
Google "Download CCleaner" (if you don't already have it) > Install CCleaner (if you don't already have it) > Run CCleaner > Tools tab > Uninstall Programs (or something like that) > (look for MSN) > Click "Uninstall"
If you don't want to get CCleaner...
Start Menu > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > (look for MSN) > Click "Uninstall" (or whatever it says)
If none of that worked I don't know what to tell youUm... I used to be a moderator here...

it dosent say msn its Microsoft essentials then it says windows live messenger/msn so just uninstall that ok?
