I found a Dutch website that says The Netherlands and Belgium already use Codex A. It was made in 2009, so I don't know what's happening now.

Know that yes, Belgium and the Netherlands are very small countries compared to some and have high densities. So what? When a country reaches its carrying capacity, it will overgrow and sustain a moderate famine for a little while, killing some people, and then the population decreases back down for a little while.

Let's take China and India. Here are their expected populations from 2020 to 2050.
