Also, this isn't about overpopulation, it's about profit.
The codex wants to implement severe rules on non prescription supplements, by defining them as toxins. In fact, they want to define all nutrients as toxins and make sure that anything that isn't expressly permitted in banned (Currently we have the reverse). This would make serious money on pharmacies behalf. Still sounds a bit ridicules, but it could be blindly excepted in the USA, so you need to get your voice out. It would be an outrage, but I'm not that scared, and it's not gonna be a mass murder.
I might understand why you're so scared of drinking poisoned soda when I see a translation.
