MW2 doesn't.

YA RLY, it takes out most of the bad words(it still cusses some) and most of the gore(there still is more blood though )

lol dude i can't play any game with gore except call of duty 4 and i really want to play mw2 i just beat cod4 on vetran (has nice story) don't have PSN but idk if my mom will allow me to play mw2.

There is no gore in MW2.
The only time there's a high amount of violence is when you throw a knife into someones eye.
The airport mission is skippable.
There's no reason why you shouldn't get it,
unless your mom is against cursing.

Get Left 4 Dead 2, get a chainsaw, spawn 10 hordes, then charge into the horde.
THATS gore.

Yeah, a character drops the "F" bomb at the end of the game.
The other times are like this,
"Did Command tell us to go F ourselves?"
or
"RAMIREZ!!! GET THE ---- OFF THE ROOF!"
(The ---- is not heard)

Carry a Barret .50 Cal,
and an Assault Rifle.
Press the button,
run to the vehicles exhibits,
camp.
Use the .50 Cal against the Juggernaut,
he goes down in 3 shots.
