Ya the blocks are the easist way to cheat just tourn the top layer to 45 degrees and put your finger under the edge piece then take is all apart

Ya, there was this dude at my summer camp (Antiochian Village) who said it took him a year to figure out how to do it but he can do a totally mixed up rubix cube in less than a minute (He says the World record for the fastest rubix cube solving is 6 seconds That just aint possible. But I looked it up and sure enough, 6 seconds.
