Im not really an american though. Im mainly romainian. I was born in Rome but i live in america. Perfectly legal though.

Italians have a funny accent when they speak in english like anglosaxon people(English,American,Australian, everyone) have a funny accent when they speak italian.

im not Russian, but Ukrainians and Russians are so mixed, that i wouldnt be surprised if most of my family hails from Russia

depends on where they learned it
if they learned it in America or Britain (like me) then they will be able to speak English without a too big accent
if the learned it in Russia (like my two older cousins) the will have that stereotype accent.
