    if you're from Liverpool you've go a scouse accent and it goes on for every city theres not just 1 accent type in england

    just like in Ukraine. every region has their own general accent. then every city and the villages around it have their own less general accents. then every village has their own accent. my mom and dad are from different villages and they pronounce "horse" and "bucket" differently. and other words but i dont remember them.
    anyways,
    accents aren't just one for the whole country
    they vary by region and city!
