tenth prestiege lobby with a usb

hey on youtube i heard about tenth prestiege lobby's on modern warfare 2 where you can have a tenth lobby online without a jtag just a usb they used something called mod box and i need the link to mod box and the modded save game data that you replace with your original saved game data but when i go to a website it says please complete a survey so can some post a link or find a better way to do this
