My Birthday!

Wow, this is probably the WORST Birthday I've ever had in my 17 years of life.
So my cousin leaves for work, and I stay home.
I bake myself a cake the works etc etc.
And so I call up my friends, and some of my family members.
I ask them all if they could come to my B-Day party.
Here's how the conversation's go down...
Friend 1
Sorry man, I got to go to work.
Friend 2
Naw, I'm busy right now. Maybe next time?
Friends 3-12
(Answering Machine)
Family Member 1
I'm sorry, we're going on a family trip. How about next year?
Family Member 2
Can't, my dad's blew a gasket. Can't come, sorry mate.

(Answers, then hangs up)

Yeah, of course! I'll be right there...

My girlfriend, Alaena was the only one to come to my B-Day party. All we did was eat cake and talk about what kind of food I wanted. I lost my appetite.
If it weren't for her, I would've just torn my house apart.
My cousin's going to come later, but that's at 11pm. I'm not going to stay up that late.
I tried to ride my Hayabusa, but I really wasn't in the mood.
To make things worse, I have work tomorrow. And going to be in one helluva mood.
Wow, happy birthday to you Mo.
(It took me about 30 mins to write this, because I was smashing the keyboard with my fists. My 'R' button doesn't work, so I have to copy and paste the r's.)

Actually, you are absolutely right.
Goes to show ya that most people care for one day and then the rest of days they don't care.
And that just because one person leaves, doesn't mean jack sh** to anyone else.

To me it means that I'm not the only one that hasn't had a good B-Day.
That relives me, but at the same time I knew someone had the same situation around the world.
