I have a suggestion, if someone warns an Administartor about a bot, instead of banning it permanently, first, ban for 1 year, then, if another bot apeears, ban forever. Maybe that way, because 1 year is a lot of time, the users who post bots will learn his/her lesson and will not be necessary to ban.
