Yes, he enforced a rule that didn't exist, but it was approved almost immediately after he posted.
I don't think this rule is that useful, anyways. Anyone can fake a virus scan.

The rule was made on 8.31 AM and David enforced it at 8.23 PM, which was almost 12 hours later. He didn't do anything wrong.

Correct me if I'm wrong, where I live we use 24 hours, instead of 12 with AM and PM.

Would the name of the title make more sense if it was named Uploading Rule? or Game Posting Rule?

Secondly, asd why is it you ask such prehistoric questions? Next then your going to be asking is, what does deleting system 32 do. Also if you are wondering what it does, deleting it will make your computer go faster.... That or it could destroy your computer.

I honestly would of never bothered looking at this topic, because I would assume it was only for when I personally am downloading a file from someone else.
