Just make your virus have the highest infectability, but no symptoms.
Then continue until your virus has infect people in every country.
Once you've done that, turn on all symptoms and everyone dies.

Good idea. I never thought of that. Rather, I'd make sure I'd start in Madagascar Which works well, mind you.

Thanks for the advice.I was going to uninstall the game due to the fact that I was unable to kill people with the virus.Perfect timing I must say.Every time I succeeded in planting the virus but did not knew that i have to activate it. Now I will continue the game unless I reach the final stage.Thanks again.
