There's more tools under Windows>Dockable Dialogues>Tools, you know.

They are not really tools that are going to be new to you, as they are available under other sections.
They do go under the heading "tools" though. You can make them appear in your tools dialogue by clicking the button next to the one you want to appear (it will show up as a an eye.) you can also make ones you don't use disappear by clicking the eye next to them (the eye will disappear).
