Another way would be unistalling your operating system and then reinstalling it.

uninstall windows...u crazy? well, i deleted what i could, and what i couldn't, i moved to my desktop, and took away the file extensions, so, that seemed to work, i will delete the files tomorrow when i start up my computer

I mean, go to your AntiVirus and there should be an option that allows you to completely block a program from being on your computer
