I doubt a 10/11 year old actually is able to make techno music.

For example the first iPhone trojan horse was created by an 11 year old, the "iSketch" app for the iPhone was also developed by an 11 year old, DJ PowerTripp is a 10 year old scratch DJ, there is a 10 year old girl named Jordan who makes video games for the Xbox using Microsoft's game engine called "Kodu", Alec Greven is a 10 year old author, and there's lots more.And you can look all these up, they're real.
And making music really isn't hard at all, especially techno.
