To enable cheats:
Find "freedom.ini" in the game's folder and add the following line to the end (make a new line):

EnableConsole 1

Now you can use the following cheats while playing.

giveall - Gives you all weapons
god 1 - Infinite health
infammo - Unlimited ammo
invisible 1 - Your enemies can't see you.
