I think you could, there is just no reason to, I could see you not being able to do this on like a free site with limited capabilities but because Chris pays for this site *I think not sure don't get mad if I am wrong here* , he should be able to do whatever he wants.

ATF is payed since it has a proper domain.

The forum itself (the phpBB source) is free. However, the domain (arcadetrainer.com) is paid.

Back then Forum Helpers (if i am correct...) were called moderators. So their was site owner, admins, global mods, and moderators. But they decided to change it (i dont remember why..) to Forum Helper.

It is mainly because Forum Helpers aren't supposed to hack games like Global Moderators. They are supposed to help people on the forum and try to keep it clean. That was the initial idea when Aub got promoted as he never hacked but was always helping people. After all they have less powers then the Global Moderators and that is what makes them different.

It is like a ladder that you can climb up, you get more powers on your way. Too many people with too much power could also cause problems.
