    They are not named after a person who found it, they are named from a really long list of names, and using some sort of equation they find out which one is next, and they use a different list per year, and they each year they change, and after like 10 years the list repeats

    Some guy i forgot who was, started putting names of the politics he hated on Hurricanes, it's not women names only.
    At least i think that's it.
