I think Chun-li was in 1.4, she just has to be unlocked. 1.4 is the one currently on APH. And that link only goes to a video.

The page is all in Chinese, so I'm not sure which button. I clicked the biggest one, but the game never loaded, if that's what it was. I don't see the game on the English website. If it is not English ready, then it cannot be hacked. The buttons, at least, must be in English.

Never loaded for me, but I was able to pull it from the site.

Can't hack it though, as it doesn't have English. Wait for the English version to come out.
