I made a new site bannner (finally)
Also my first use of applied IPS Fractals.

The text is hard to read, and it doesn't match the background at all.

It doesn't flow either.

And if it's a banner, you don't need to put your name on it.

Banners should only have a text effect, not a full background/etc. effects.
Also, like Kody said, don't put your name in banners. Ruins the crap out of them.

Text needs to stand out more, and I don't know, but the green C4Dish thing in the background looks a little bit, Re-sized to large...

It was never resized. It was developed in this size. That's an IPS Fractal.

The fractals are very noisy.

Flow isn't usually something I worry about in banners, but if you want to fix it up I would suggest making the text effect ( which is pretty cool) more of a focus, by enlarging it, centering it, etc.
Just a suggestion, since the text isn't bad where it is.
