Yeah there is know way somebody can draw like that by hand.
Only experienced Artist can.

A pencil cannot create a smudge effect. Only an oil crayon (<- for lack of a better word) or a paintbrush can smudge.
And I don't know why I said other effects, I was really only focusing on the smudging
