I made this short little animation with something called pivot. It is a stick figure animator and it is really easy.
This is my first try with it.

Don't use pictures for backgrounds in Pivot.
What version are you using? I recommend Pivot 3.0 Beta

I'm using version 2.2.5.
What's the difference between 3.0 beta and 2.2.5?

For the pictures isn't it like if there is more than 256 colors then it kinda like screws it up?

3.0 has more features and I think it can do multi-colored stick figures

That, and the fact that it looks horrible no matter what. Stick figures + real background = awkward.
