AS3 Compiling Help

I need help getting a compiler that works.
If this makes no sense then this what I want to do.
I want to compress all of the AS files into SWF again but I don't know how to?

If you're hacking a game, you don't want to decompile a game into .as files. It breaks the game about 99.99% of the time.
If you want to hack an AS3 game, you're gonna have to hex edit.

That's the problem the tutorial in the Tutorial Section doesn't make any sense!
