    German Advertisements

What's with all the German advertisements on an English website? Did they just pay more to put their ads up, lol?

    Re: German Advertisements

I never see any English ads on the main site. I saw one for some game called Graut or something and I also saw another that counted, ein, zwei, Polizei, drei, and then vier.

Every user has an IP, this IP says in which country you live. Advertisting companies show ads which fits into an contry. Germany means mainly german ads.

My second game: Play it now

Its easier to find intelligent life in the universum than in the internet.

It doesn't really matter. I mean, I understand most of what they are saying without having to translate due to the German classes and whatnot I have been taking. It seems to me like this has happened to me on another site.

Maybe they felt you can speak German and your teacher contacted ad-makers to make you practice your German more.
    I've been here before.

No, I haven't used a proxy in a long time. It really doesn't matter, let this post die.
