Flash game Save Files transfer?

Something been bothering me for quite a while,I was wondering how to backup/transfer flash game save files.So i don't have to start the game all over again if i change computer or the save files got removed.
Save game files?
Some flash games let you save your progress right?
Such as:
Stick War 1.3
Plazma Burst 2 (Automatic)
Mardek 1,2 and 3
etc etc

So...does anyone know where the save game files are stored?

i think in APPDATA folder got to the browser you are using and they should be in there

it's stored in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Fla sh Player\#SharedObjects
Be sure to replace <USERNAME> with your computer's username
The save game files are called .sol files, so look for those
