    Lucid Dreaming

Works best if extremely tired. Lay down and lay perfectly still on your back and arms at your side. keep your eyes closed but stay awake. your body will send signals to your body that you are ready for sleep. these signals include:getting an itch, changing of body position, wanting to blink or move your eyes. YOU MUST IGNORE ALL OF THESE IMPULSES. after about 20-30 minutes you will feel a weight on your chest you may even hear noises. You are now in a sleep paralysis. If you open your eyes you will begin to hallucinate(dream with eyes open) and will not be able to move. Your body is now completely asleep. Now that you are aware that you are dreaming you can shut your eyes and begin dreaming instantly. You are now fully aware that you are dreaming and can now (with some practice) control your dreams.

Like the video says, this really only works very early in the morning, a few hours before you normally wake up.
I usually do this when I'm not sleeping very well. I get up around 3:00 and use the computer for a little bit, then go back to sleep and I always have a lucid dream.

    THAT'S A SIGNAL?! NO WAY!

In any case this seems kind of like a trance-y thing. I'm going to try it, definitely, I've gotten into trances before but not like this.

I can already control my own dreams. When I want someone to be attacked by a tiger... BOOM, a tiger pops out and attacks the dude.
    But I'll try this, eventually.

It sounds cool but I don't think I'd have the patience.

How, please tell me! That's the main thing I'm interested in here, anyways.

I don't know. I suppose it's some kind of gift. When I dream and (for instance) I see myself, I can change myself in anything I want to be. Or when I'm captured by angry birds, I just use magic to create a giant rock that flattens (is that a word?) them.
