How, please tell me! That's the main thing I'm interested in here, anyways.
I don't know. I suppose it's some kind of gift. When I dream and (for instance) I see myself, I can change myself in anything I want to be. Or when I'm captured by angry birds, I just use magic to create a giant rock that flattens (is that a word?) them.

It's always easy to control your dreams if you realize you're dreaming, and to do that...

I usually do this when I'm not sleeping very well. I get up around 3:00 and use the computer for a little bit, then go back to sleep and I always have a lucid dream.

We could do that, or we could do things that could never be done anywhere else on this plane.

Well, attempt number four last night and once again I fell asleep accidentally. Gosh dang it.

You could do things that are out of this planet by dreaming normally too.

Yes, and it's happened but the chances of something fricking awesome happening are kind of low.

YOU MUST IGNORE ALL OF THESE IMPULSES. after about 20-30 minutes you will feel a weight on your chest you may even hear noises. You are now in a sleep paralysis. If you open your eyes you will begin to hallucinate(dream with eyes open) and will not be able to move. Your body is now completely asleep. Now that you are aware that you are dreaming you can shut your eyes and begin dreaming instantly. You are now fully aware that you are dreaming and can now (with some practice) control your dreams.
    Hear Noises!? Screw that.
    I just heard something.
