A new...cheap gaming PC

Yes, this is Gaming.
So I'm going to get a new PC in October. The max. price is about 817 USD (converted from 600€).
Here's what I've been thinking about:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition 3.2GHz (overclock to 3.7) $149,70
GPU: (ATI) Asus Radeon HD 6870 1GB $238,50
Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD $117
RAM: Kingston 4096MB 1066MHz CL7 X2 (2 * 4GB = 8GB) $62,40
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB $55,70
PSU: OCZ StealthXstream 2 600W $88,40
Case: Gigabyte GZ-X2 $56,30
DVD-drive: Asus (insert product ID here) 24x DVD+/-RW $31,20
Total: $802,50 / 550,20€
And I take no comments of how the currency conversion is wrong.

Wow, you never do use Google, do you?

One: GPU = graphics card
Two: AMD vs Intel is like PS3 vs xbox, personal preference
Three: AMD Phenom II Quad-core is not "not so good". Do some research, silly! AMD IS good for gaming. PS: Black Edition and overclocked.

I prefer i7 extreme edition overclocked (even though mine is just i7 at 2.5 GHz, but if I have any lag I'll get it overclocked). But that's like $900, and overkill.

I'm on a tight budget here and I'd prefer not to search for a new motherboard that has the socket for i7, and the cheapest i7 you can find around here is for $380 so it rap*s the budget (and is more than twice the price of the quad core Phenom).
As for Nvidia, the good ones start around $287 and I'm not going to have one shipped from the other side of the globe, etc
