They could go in Art, Random Tutorials and the Flash Development Tutorials section depending on what they are.

EDIT 1: It seems as if its gonna be Web Design and Graphics Design that might get most interest. Thats good, they add to each other very well. I guess thats what we should go for, at least i will.
