I'd suggest some of your greatest hackers either team up or work on different projects of Multiplayer games and make a downloadable client for them, but also adding that hackbar! To make the game seem pretty cool, like even doing it to private servers of games, or even the real thing.

But indeed it may be illegal to hack those multiplayer games, but how about creating a section in the arcade prehacks called 'Private Servers Hacked' then put sections in that including the game, so it wouldn't be illegal hacking those private servers!
