Users does not represent how dead a website is. These forums are dying, we all think that. APH probably won't die simply because people enjoy it. Active users is what you need, and APH does not display this.

Also, judging by the 114 users to the 4000 or so guests you can see that APH is viewed of a short term use website and does not attract people to register - probably because of these dying forums.
