I'd say yes. I dunno, but I don't like it when the weather is above 90 degrees F and yeah. I prefer being cold.

hate hot weather, love the cold, love cloudy skies, so im pretty sure i like rain

i hate being cold, i'd rather be hot and cool myself with a glass of well-prepared blue hawaii.
also no, i hate rains, they make everything slippery and muddy.

I don't really like rain, but I love thick fogs and huge snowstorms. (Not kidding.)

It's been raining and hailing here (in southern California) for the last few days.
I guess I like it, but only because having the same warm weather gets really boring. Some people get really depressed when it rains here, since it rarely does, but I like the change of scenery.

Oh god snow storms <3. We had NO SNOW here at all when it normally gets to be around 4 ft or so. It's been around 60-75 degrees F here too when it's normally snowing until April or whatever. I'm pretty depressed about no snow.
