Question about trainers.

What do trainers do? Are they used to decrypt the SWFs and find their variables? (because what i want to know is how to decrypt these *&^%$#$ SWFs!! i have been searching for hours but cant find any info.Sothing SWF Decompiler does nothing!)
Also i dont want to learn how to decrypt for illegal things.

And one more question: For decrypting SWFs i want EXTRA SUPER knowledge one programming and PCs or just TOOLS? Staff knows how to decrypt but because i know they never gona tell me how to do this, i just want someone to answer me this SIMPLE question!
