2x+4y=20
-2x+9y=19
13y=39
__13_
y=3
2x+4(3)=20
2x+12=20
__-12_-12
2x=8
__2_
x=4
So the POI (Point of intersection) is (4,3).
And checking
2(4)+4(3)=20
8+12=20
20=20
-2(4)+9(3)=19
-8+27=19
19=19
