That tutorial does work, you have to follow all the steps and read the tutorial carefully.

I Stuck --> STEP 15...+i cant download flasm and if i download it i dont know the steps with the flasm......i dont know very good english and it is little hard

Just download flasm from the links greeny provided. Then open cmd and follow the commands to type into command prompt. The instructions are clear.
