Both are good games in the FPS genre. If you prefer realism over fantasy, then CoD is your game. If you enjoy sci-fi, then it's 1+ for HALO.

None of the game is better than the other. Too many variables to compare.

COD is no were near realism. more of an arcade shooter.

Apparently you can jump like a flea in Halo. *Press button* Woah! The guy on the fifth floor in that building has a girlfriend?? Then again, that's what my friend told me...

I think they both have their good points and bad points but i prefer playing Halo, purely because of the sci-fi aspect, in games, that's generally what i go for.

Then Mass Effect is better for you. It has more of the sci-fi aspect than the FPS in Halo.
